Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes core strength, mobility, and body awareness. We often use specialized equipment, such as a reformer. Pilates is inspired by calisthenics, yoga, and ballet. Benefits include improved posture, balance, strength, mobility, and can decrease pain

Birth Preparation

We provide valuable insight, having supported many people through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. We can teach you how to support your body through pregnancy, practice labor positions and pushing, teach you and a partner/support person pain-relief techniques, and prepare you for postpartum recovery
