Our Team

I help each person understand the root cause of their pain in order to achieve the goals that are most meaningful to them.

I bring over 20 years of advanced manual therapy and exercise/movement expertise and a uniquely comprehensive toolkit to treat complex musculoskeletal conditions. I provide trauma-informed care in a safe, affirming space for anyone who needs more than a one-size-fits-all approach. You deserve to be heard and respected.

I combine orthopedic physical therapy, advanced manual therapy techniques, bodywork, exercise science, and energy work. I love to collaborate with each patient to identify the best combination of these techniques to maximize their quality of life, while appreciating the dynamic balance that physical, mental, and emotional factors all play in their individual health and wellness.

Establishing trust and building a safe, welcoming environment for each individual is my priority. I find this particularly important and effective for patients with hypermobility spectrum disorders, adults with neurodivergency, the LGBTQ+ community, those with chronic conditions, and those who have experienced trauma.

When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy gardening! I love being outside, cooking the things I grow, and doing DIY projects around my home.

I have extensive manual therapy and pelvic health training, and am skilled working with people of all ages and all genders

After dealing with my own injuries and health challenges associated with hypermobility and POTS, I understand how important it is to form a trusting partnership with your healthcare providers. I believe my role is to guide you to understanding your body better and supporting you toward achieving your goals. I utilize manual therapy, exercise, and education in my practice to make sure you get a very personalized plan for wellness

I value community, and want to support organizations that align with our values. I volunteer with several organizations, including Connective Strength, Seattle Dance & Performing Arts Medicine, and American Physical Therapy Association Pelvic Academy
